Ask your insurer:
whether your plan covers treatment by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
whether mobile or in-home appointments are eligible
whether a referral is required
whether direct claim submission or assignment of benefits is permitted
what annual, per-visit, deductible, co-insurance, or reasonable-and-customary limits apply
what documentation is required

Ask Stillwaters whether direct billing is currently available for your insurer and appointment type. If it is unavailable—or if a claim cannot be processed—confirm the payment method and what receipt will be supplied. A submitted claim can still leave a balance payable by the client.
