TIP 1: DO NOT COME TO YOUR MASSAGE WITH A FULL STOMACH


It will be uncomfortable, trust us. Just imagine laying on your stomach after you have eaten a full meal, not fun. If you can, eat a few hours before your scheduled massage so you're not hungry and not too full. This will give your body plenty of time to digest your meal before your massage begins. Your body should be at its optimal best to receive the relaxation and stress relief that a massage can provide.


TIP 2: COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR MASSAGE THERAPIST
